New to midtown?

Welcome to Midtown Fellowship. We’re glad you’re here.

We are one church with six congregations made up of very different people who share one vision. Together, we’re learning all that we were made for.

What we believe

At Midtown Fellowship, we are centered on the gospel, a word that literally means good news.

The good news of the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus changes us and touches every part of our lives. And while we stand firm in the gospel, we know you might not be so sure about it. That’s okay. We’re question-askers ourselves. No matter what you believe or even what you’re skeptical of — you are welcome here.

What we believe
What to Expect

We love Jesus, and we love people.
Since our founding, we’ve had a heart for the spiritually marginalized.

Since our founding, we’ve had a heart for people who feel like they don’t fit into the mainstream church. No matter which congregation you visit, you’ll find worship and preaching that reflects that love. We come just as we are — imperfections and all. The gospel isn’t just something we preach—we practice it as we meet together throughout the week in homes, and as we serve the city.

What we’re about
WHERE WE MEET

On Sundays, you can find us at six locations across Nashville—each one as unique and vibrant as the neighborhood it is in.

No matter which congregation you find yourself in, you’ll be welcomed by a caring community with a love for Jesus and Nashville.

What Sundays are like

When you attend a service at Midtown – you can expect an authentic heart of worship, liturgy that calls you into worshiping together, a message taught from the bible to challenge you both in the moment and hopefully the week ahead, and opportunities to connect in community. We desire for our Sunday services to be a place where we can be real and bring all that we are experiencing in life, from the good to the bad and the joyful to the sorrowful, before God and be met by Him as we worship together.

We desire that every child that walks through our doors would leave knowing they are loved and known by Jesus. We are all children of God before we are anything else, and we believe that the children at Midtown Fellowship play a vital role in our church community. Our Kidtown ministry exists to support those values by serving children and their families in their journey of following Jesus.

Through our programming, we aim to make church a place where kids not only want to come, but where they experience joy and build meaningful relationships with both their peers and caring adults, strengthening their connection to Christ. Our age-appropriate activities create rich opportunities for kids to absorb the gospel in ways they can understand and engage with. With the support of trained, background-checked volunteers and staff, we ensure that every child has a positive and protected experience.

If you are interested in becoming a member, we recommend starting with our Explore Midtown series. Explore Midtown is offered twice a year, and it includes teaching from our pastoral staff and other ministry leaders. These nights are open to anyone from any of our congregations and are the first step in the membership process.
